Live Show: The Return of Pocahontas

This is a summary of an episode performed during Improvised Star Trek's initial live run at iO Chicago from October 17, 2009 through May 8, 2010. The adventures continue wherever you listen to podcasts.
The Sisyphus docks at Starbase 36 for routine maintenance and discovers that another ship, the USS Achilles, is also docked at the station. While the rest of the crew deals with repairs to ship (particularly the warp nacelles, one of which actually falls off), Captain Baxter encounters the Captain of the Achilles, Captain Loretta Cornelius Baxter, his ex-wife.
While conflicted in his feelings for Loretta (sometimes called Larry) he offers her a guided tour of the Sisyphus. Despite being the Captain of the Galaxy class USS Achilles, Loretta struggles to understand the camaraderie of the crew of the much crappier USS Sisyphus.
Captain Baxter (Julius, of the Sisyphus) turns to Japhy to help him sort out his feelings. Japhy responds by bringing 18 children from the Achilles onto the ship, and leaves them on the holodeck. Immediately, the holodeck program goes haywire and the forest walk that Japhy had created for the children turns into an endless forest. Things go from bad to worse when the ship's population of trigger-happy, phaser-armed mice, fleeing the ship maintenance, make it into the holodeck with the children.
Luckily, a Holographic Powhatan Princess encounters the children and leads them to an escape hatch out of the holodeck and into the Jeffries tubes. She and some additional holographic Native Americans join in the escape. Eventually, Japhy reveals to the Captain that he set all of this up to get the Captains back together.
Despite the deaths of two of the children, (who are promptly jettisoned into space) the Captains are reconciled (somewhat, they don't get back together or anything). The ships computer and the rest of the crew watches from the Sisyphus's bar, Starboard's.
